The SEMiX concept includes a combination of IGBT enclosures and rectifiers. They all have the same height (17 mm) and can be connected using the same DC-link principle. This saves development time and makes it possible to use a simple and low-intensity DC-link profile. SPRiNG or spring contacts allow you to install the driver directly on the module, eliminating the risk of noise on wires or connectors. Thanks to the flat body and connector design, a very compact, modern design is obtained. The spring contacts allow you to evenly distribute the pressure on the contact pads of the board, which provides increased reliability of the module and a longer service life.
