In addition to our proven rotary paddle technology, this includes membrane switches and radar and swing paddle devices, as well as the solder system. With the electronic, digital rotary paddle, we have also developed a maintenance-free device for universal use and set a new milestone in level measurement.

The MBA800 electronic, digital rotating paddle series is based on innovative stepper motor technology. The torque and thus the sensitivity of the device are variably adjustable. Other parameters that influence each other - for example the rotational speed, change in the direction of rotation or the switching time - are grouped in freely selectable parameter combinations. The patented series of devices is maintenance-free, wear-free and is not sensitive to vibrations.
The Plug-and-Play version from the MBA800 series is ideal for quick commissioning. All parameters in this model are already set to the most common applications. It is also possible to connect the non-ATEX version by means of a plug intended for this purpose. The electronic rotating paddle can be used universally in a wide range of bulk materials and measures reliably, maintenance- and wear-free.
The MBA700 vibrating paddle has a highly sensitive sensor inside its robust housing. It is thus particularly suitable for light and powdered bulk goods. It is not possible to pinch bulk material (as with vibrating forks) using this single-pass measuring method. Deposits are effectively prevented due to the sword-like shape of the vibrating paddle.

With the MBA369 perpendicular, the level can be measured in all types of bulk materials. Only a perpendicular like this can determine the height of sediments below the surface of water or liquids by means of a sieve weight. It is also suitable for the continuous level measurement of liquids.
MBA100
The MBA100 mechanical switch reliably measures the limit in free-flowing bulk materials such as granulates, powders or feedstuffs. By light pressure of the bulk material on the stainless steel membrane, a switching process is triggered – 950 grams is sufficient. A microswitch is activated, which triggers an electrical signal. The device itself does not require any current for its function.
MBA2.2/3.2
The MBA2.2 and MBA3.2 devices are ATEX-certified rotary paddle level indicators, which are used in dust explosion zones 20 with gas explosion zone 1 and impress with their robust design. The MBA2.2 (vertical version) as well as the MBA3.2 (horizontal version) are particularly suitable for measuring the limits of granulate, dust or sludge. A measuring paddle is driven by a synchronous geared motor, which stops as soon as it is covered by filling material. A reduction in the fill level releases the rotating paddle.
